  • Can you explain the wash process?

    Every wash uses biodegradable soaps and recycled water — better, faster, and safer for your car and the environment. Because everyone knows… a clean car feels so good!

  • Do I remain in my vehicle?

    Yes! One of our attendants will help guide you through the process. We’ll just need you to put your car in neutral, turn off your wipers, and take your foot off the breaks.

  • What vehicle restrictions do you have at Diamond Shine Car Wash?

    We take great care to keep your vehicle safe, but please note the following before entering the wash:


    We are not responsible for aftermarket accessories or pre-existing damage.


    Vehicles that have loose or rusted parts — please do not enter if damage already exists.


    No large trucks with tripod mirrors or dual wheels.


    No racks, ladders, fuel tanks, or towing hitches.


    Truck beds must be cleared of debris.


    Height limit: 90 inches


    Ground clearance: at least 5 inches


    Tire width: up to 14.5 inches

  • Why do you not put a sticker on my windshield with a membership?

    We use what's called LPR, or License Plate Recognition. When your vehicle pulls up to the pay station a camera will recognize your rear license plate, find the linked membership acccount if you have one, and automatically open the gate for you.

  • How long can I use the vacuums?

    Our vacuums are free with any wash. Use them as long as you need, but during busy times, please limit your time to about 8 minutes so everyone can enjoy the service.

  • Are vacuums free?

    Yes! We’ve installed amazing powerful vacuums with wide mouth and crevice nozzles on both sides of the space and they’re included with every wash. Dont forget to check out the air blowing nozzles to help blow water and dust out of tight spaces!

  • How do I sign up for a Membership?

    We have an online portal that you can purchase memberships at (which we know looks likes it's from the 90s, we're working on that) or you can purchase at the pay station on site, select the wash you want, and pay with a credit or debit card.

  • Can I use my Membership for more than one car?

    No. Memberships are unique for each car and cannot be transferred. If you have more than one car in your household, you will need to purchase a Membership for each car. However, we do offer multicar discounts, so please ask about that when you visit!

  • When does my Membership renew?

    Memberships renew 30 days after the activation of the Membership. If you would like to discontinue without a recharge, please cancel your Membership 10 days before renewal to allow time to process the request. Membership will remain active for the remainder of your current month. No refunds given for early cancelation.

  • How can I cancel my Membership?

    Simply cancel here on our website when you select “Manage My Membership” on the Shop page, or come to the wash in person and we can help you there. You may cancel anytime within the 30 days between charges, but we do recommend submitting your requests online at least 5 business days in advance of the next charge date to ensure time to process. No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! We have an online portal that you can purchase gift cards through (which we know looks likes it's from the 90s, we're working on that) or you can drive on in and we'll help you purchse a gift card at the wash.
